When it comes to navigating life’s challenges, I believe the best guidance comes from within. My role is to offer support and a safe space for clients to process and uncover their own wisdom. Through getting in touch with these truths clients are able to realize healthier and happier lives and relationships.

One of my passions is working with couples and I use the effective and well researched EFT model (Emotionally Focused Therapy) with this work.

I am an LGBTQIA ally and enthusiastically welcome members of this community into my practice.
