Due to recent events in my life I have a deeper understanding of the impact and changes that occur to physical disability. Dealing with a disability can be trying and overwhelming leading to depression,frustration, and isolation. I would like to provide therapy to individuals with disabilities regardless of the type of disability, severity or wether the onset was recent or in the past. 

I utilize various modalities of treatment including Trauma Resiliency model(TRM), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Healing the Inner Child. My clients are always held in a high positive regard without preconceived ideas on how to live life-rather open to all modalities of personal intentions and desires. I provide psychotherapy tailored to meet the diverse needs of individuals, couples and families. I have a detailed resource list detailing services available. I offer teletherapy over a secure network, so distance is not an issue.
